In Sushi Basics, we will cover how to create great tasting rolls (Makizushi or norimaki), Hand Rolls (Temaki) and of course Nigiri. From making the perfect rice, choosing the best fish and preparing popular vegetables and sauces, Sushi Basics will start your journey to having sushi night right at home.
