Does the idea of fresh pasta bring a smile to your face or conjure a comforting memory from childhood? Pasta is a crowd pleaser and so easy and fun to make from scratch. After you understand the basics of pasta making, you will dream of new shapes and sauces to savor. In this class, we will make linguine with prawns and white wine broth and cheese ravioli with brown butter, hazelnuts and sage. While a pasta machine is not required, it is highly encouraged.
