Description
Who doesn’t love a Gingerbread House during the holiday season? I grew up making gingerbread houses every year and it is one of my favorite childhood memories. In this online class, we will bake, assemble and decorate a super fun gingerbread house. Royal Icing and an assortment of candy will be used to fancy our gingerbread houses up to festive code. And to make this class even better we will tell tales of the history of gingerbread houses.
Did you know that the tradition of making decorated gingerbread houses started in Germany in the early 1800s? The first gingerbread houses were the result of the brothers Grimm‘s fairy tale Hansel and Gretel.
Siblings or friends are welcome to join for no extra charge on the same screen, no need to register (the registration does not allow to register more than one child) Enrollment is per screen.
Notes
In our virtual classes we encourage and empower kids to gain life skills through fun recipes. We guide the kids all the way through each step and have produced an amazing amount of meals over the past few months.
We encourage kids to ask questions when not clear and also to clean up after themselves. This is a win win situation. 🙂

Attend class via Zoom video
This class will be hosted on Zoom video conferencing platform. You will receive an email 30 minutes before class starts with a link to the class and access instructions. We recommend you make sure your device is up to date and meets all system requirements before class.
