The recipes selected for our March Virtual Cookbook Club will help you learn some advanced pastry skills while learning to make some childhood favorites!
Before the first class, you will receive a recipe for the first event, as well as a link to the book, which you can buy but is not mandatory. For my bookshelf of cookbooks, the more the merrier!
For each event, you can make the recipe ahead of time, or make it during the event with step-by-step assistance from the Chef. The event will have step-by-step assistance, Q&A, a fun discussion about the recipe or techniques, some trivia or games, and a demo from the cookbook, and a quick description/pro tips for the next week’s recipe.
