You’ll learn how to turn seasonal vegetables into an amazing appetizer with depths of flavor. Choose from a couple options for your entrée including a seared cauliflower steak, wild mushroom ragout, or even ‘crab’ cakes that you won’t believe don’t have any real crab in them. Finish the meal with either homemade coconut ice cream for a nice treat or go for the big finish with ‘cheesecake’ that you don’t even have to turn the oven on for!
