These Keto pork chops have a chicharron breading with no little to no salt additives either. The breading can be seasoned to match whatever flavor profile you’re going for, and pair nicely with just about any side dish.
There are a few delicious ways to prepare these pork chops. If you’re going for an Applewood smoked pork, I suggest grabbing your food processor and adding some dried apple chips to your chicharron. In the egg wash, add some brown sugar, apple cider, and liquid smoke.
For something with a little bit of a kick, processing some dried onions or dried jalapenos into your chicharron mix with a little bit of chili powder or cumin works well too. You can add a couple teaspoons of Sriracha or hot sauce to your egg wash also.
