If you are a pie lover, but that flaky crust always comes out of a box, it’s time to roll up our sleeves and and learn how because when someone shows you, it really is as easy as you know what. In this class we will focus on the basics of making a flaky pie dough. We’ll chat about fats and liquids and then we will make a gorgeous gallette which can be made savory or sweet.
