Description
Oh buttery, flaky croissants, how we love thee. You just seem so impossible to make at home. Not so, with Chef Andrea guiding you! Although it’s a bit dangerous for the waistline to know how to make a good pastry, it is well worth the effort and convenience of having them in your freezer whenever the mood strikes to enjoy with a great cup of coffee or tea. While croissants are not difficult to make, they do require a bit of time and planning especially in virtual world. This is a great class for bakers of all skill levels.
